The Rainbow Warrior

The Greenpeace site for their ship of the same name. Includes information on the first Rainbow Warrior, blown up in 1985 by the French secret service. The boat was towed to its final resting place off Matauri Bay, where it serves as a popular diving location.

The camp adjoins the Whangaroa Harbour and has scuba equipment for hire, as well as dive tank fills with an on-site compressor.
